Alcohol must be pre-ordered when booking your tour, as it cannot be purchased onboard. We operate under the Challenge 25 Policy, so ID is required.
Due to our seating arrangements being 2 & 4. This is why our booking only permits even numbers.
We only have one set of 3 available downstairs. (Please select downstairs on booking system)
We welcome children aged 5 and older on our Classic Afternoon Tea bus tours, but we cannot accommodate babies.

We provide traditional, vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options. However, we are not a nut-free facility, and while we take care in preparation, cross-contamination may occur.

Unfortunately, the bus cannot wait for late arrivals. Please arrive 15 minutes before departure, as refunds are not provided for missed tours.
Yes, our buses are equipped with a restroom.
Tours depart at 2:30pm Saturdays, and Sundays. Evening tour schedules vary; check online for specific times. Occasionally we may adjust our times. We'll always do our best to let you know in advance if any changes occur.
Yes groups can book the top floor (38 seats) or the bottom floor (11 seats) or the entire coach
